HERCULES OLYMPIA Portugal 2023 (AMATEUR and PRO)
9th December 2023, Estoril (Portugal)
The HERCULES OLYMPIA Portugal 2023 will take place in the beautiful seaside city of Estoril (Portugal) with the participation of high level athletes from around the World.
1. Venue:
The show will take place at CASINO ESTORIL, Av. Dr. Stlanley Ho, 2765-190 Estoril, Portugal.
2. Hotel:
Every athlete/team should take care of the hotel booking for athletes and delegates. In Estoril and the surrounding area there are many Hotels because Estoril is a touristic town. You can easily MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION at this link.
3. Respect for hotel infrastructure:
All compettors should take great care not to damage the hotel property, in particular blankets and towels. The hotels management will charge any damage to the person who caused it. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Arrival and departure:
IMPORTANT: please read the travel requirements to travel to Portugal from your Country.
The nearest airport is LISBON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, which is about 30 km from Estoril. There is a train service (the station is in front of the Casino) or you can take a taxi (or Uber). We strongly recommend to arrive in time for the registration.
5. Schedule of the event:
- Saturday 8th December
- 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm: Athletes registration at DNA CASCAIS (R. Cruz de Popa, 2645-449 Alcabideche)
- Sunday 9th December
- 2 pm: Opening of the backstage and beginning of the show.
6. Photographers:
The competition has an official photographer. For this reason any photographer who wants to take photos inside the venue must obtain a WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION by WABBA PORTUGAL.
ATTENTION: Photographers without written authorization will be asked to leave the venue.
7. Categories:
The WABBA INTERNATIONAL categories will be judged onstage.
8. Tanning service:
WABBA INTERNATIONAL highly recommendsto all athletes to use the professional tanning service that will be available on-site. The professional tanning guarantees uniformity in the colouring and a perfect look onstage. The cost of the tanning service is € 60 and it can be booked at registration.

PRO CARD: The overall winners of men Bodybuilding, Man Classic BB, Man Physique and Miss Bikini categories will be awarded the PRO CARD.
INTERNATIONAL LICENSE: All competitors must get their INTERNATIONAL LICENSE to enter any international competition by WABBA INTERNATIONAL. The license is valid until the end of the current year and can be obtained at THIS LINK.
