ROAD TO MR UNIVERSE 2017 – AMATEUR GRAND PRIX WITH MONEY PRIZE TOTAL OF 50.000 EURO

Wednesday 1st November 2017, Estoril (Portugal)

1. Venue: the competition will take place at CASINO ESTORIL,  Av. Dr. Stlanley Ho, 2765-190 Estoril, Portugal http://www.casino-estoril.pt/pt/o-casino/1.htm

2. Hotel: In Estoril and the surrounding area there are many Hotels. The recommended hotel is the Hotel Alvorada, across the street from the Casino, http://www.alvoradahotelestoril.com . All athletes must take care of booking and paying for their accomodation. The organizer WILL NOT book hotels for the competitors.

3. Respect for hotel infrastructure: all compettors should take great care not to damage the hotel property, in particular blankets and towels. Any damage will be charged to the person who caused it. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Arrival and departure: The nearest airport is LISBON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, which is about 30 km from Estoril. There is a train service (the station is in front of the Casino) or you can take a taxi (or Uber). We strongly recommend to arrive Tuesday October 31st, in time for the registration.

5. Schedule of the event:

  • TUESDAY 31st OCTOBER

    • Competitors must be at the Alvorada Hotel before 4pm
    • Registration from 9am to 8pm
  • WEDNESDAY 1st NOVEMBER
    • Competitors must be at the Alvorada Hotel before 9am
    • Competition starts at 10am

6. Companions/photographers/other team members: The ticket price to see the show is 20 Euro.

7. Climate: In Estoril the climate is mild Mediterranean, with temperatures ranging from 14 to 20 degrees Celsius.

8. Language and currency: Portoguese (English is spoken), Euro.
