The show will take place on Saturday 16th June 2018 at “SALA PALLADIO – FIERA DI VICENZA” in Viale della Oreficeria 16, Vicenza

The Hotels are fully booked and there is no need to call them directly as WABBA INTERNATIONAL will take care of the accomodation for all the National Teams.

Arrival and departure

Most flights will arrive at VERONA or at one of the two VENICE International Airports. Teams will arrive Friday 15th June and will depart on Sunday 17th June. IMPORTANT: Transport between the airport and the hotel will NOT be provided by WABBA and each team must organize the transfer. The Venice airports are located at about 80km from Vicenza. WABBA INTERNATIONAL must receive the details from each Team before June 1st.

Tanning and Respect for the infrastructures

We ask all contestants to pay particular attention for the venue, in particular for the backstage and the warm-up area. It is FORBIDDEN to apply the colour in the backstage. We ask everybody to apply the colour somewhere else or to take advantage of the color service available on site.
A professional tanning service will be available at the following prices:

Tanning :

  • One time spray 30€
  • Two times 40€
  • Three times 50€
  • Body oil (gloss + color fixing) 10€
  • Body Glitter 10€

Make-up 30€

Hair 25€

Make-up + hair 50€

SATURDAY 16th JUNE

Time: 09.00 – start of the tanning procedures (SALA PALLADIO)
Time: 09.00 – 12.00 – Registration of the Italian team (SALA PALLADIO)
Time: 12.30 – 13.30 – Judges meeting (SALA PALLADIO)
Time: 15.00 – The show begins

SUNDAY17th JUNE

Time: 10.00 – 12.00 – Congress of the Nations
