WABBA INTERNATIONAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2019

Date and Place of the competition

June 14-16, 2019 Lviv, st. Lesia Ukrainka, 1 (Drama Theater named after Maria Zankovetska).

The WABBA INTERNATIONAL World Championship 2019 will take place on Saturday 15th June 2019 at Malevich Concert Arena  located at Viacheslava Chornovola Ave, 2 – Lviv, Ukraine.

The Hotel is fully booked and there is no need to call them directly as WABBA INTERNATIONAL will take care of the accomodation for all the National Teams.

Arrival and departure

All flights will arrive at LVIV International Airports. Teams will arrive Friday 14th June and will depart on Sunday 16th June. IMPORTANT: Transport between the airport and the hotel will NOT be provided by WABBA and each team must organize the transfer. WABBA UKRAINE must receive the details from each Team before June 1st.

Visitor packages

The ticket price for the public to watch the show is 300 UAH (10 Euro). The VIP ticket that allows entrance to the backstage costs 2,400 UAH (80 Euro) and ONLY the people with the VIP ticket will be allowed to enter the backstage. Packages for visitors will be available at the price of 165 Euros and will include 2 nights accomodation (in double room, including breakfast) and VIP ticket. ATTENTION: Only people with the VIP ticket will be allowed to enter the backstage. No exceptions.

Tanning and Respect for the infrastructures

We ask all contestants to pay particular attention for the venue, in particular for the backstage and the warm-up area. It is FORBIDDEN to apply the colour in the backstage. We ask everybody to apply the colour somewhere else or to take advantage of the color service available on site.
A professional tanning service will be available at the following prices:

Schedule of the events

FRIDAY 14th JUNE

  • 15:00 – 20:00 – Registration of the International teams at RAMADA HOTEL.
  • 19:00 – Judges training course.

SATURDAY 15th JUNE

  • 09:00 – start of the tanning procedures (Malevich Concert Arena). WABBA Ukraine will provide the transport between the Hotel and the venue.

  • 10:00 – The show begins.

SUNDAY 16th JUNE

  • 10.00 – 12.00 – Congress of the Nations.
  • 12:00 – Check out from the hotel and departure of the teams.

Ukrainian (English is spoken), UAH.

Climate

In Lviv the climate is mild Mediterranean, therefore temperatures will range from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius.
