Recommended Hotels
Every athlete/team should take care of the hotel booking for athletes and delegates. Cascais and the surrounding area offer many accomodation possibilities and you can find the hotel of your choice on the main online booking platforms.
Respect for hotel infrastructures:
All compettors should take great care not to damage the hotel property, in particular blankets and towels. The hotels management will charge any damage to the person who caused it. Thank you for your understanding.
Arrival and departure:
The nearest airport is LISBON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, which is about 30 km from Cascais. You can reach Cascais by train or you can take a taxi (or Uber). We strongly recommend to arrive in time for the registration.

- 14:00 to 18:30: Athletes registration at Colegio Maristas de Carcavelos – Av. Maristas 175, 2775-243 Parede, Portogallo.
- Sunday 29th November
- 12:30: Opening of the backstage
- 14:30: beginning of the show.
Photographers
The competition has an official photographer. For this reason any photographer who wants to take photos inside the venue must obtain a WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION by WABBA PORTUGAL. Athletes can order the stage photos and studio photos HERE.
ATTENTION: Photographers without written authorization will be asked to leave the venue.
Categories
The WABBA INTERNATIONAL categories will be judged onstage. The winners of the overall titles of Man Bodybuilding, Man Physique, Man Classic Bodybuilding, Miss Model, Miss Bikini, Miss Shape and Miss Wellness will get the PRO status.
Multiple categories:
Athletes are allowed to compete in more than one category with the following limitations:
MEN: Male athletes can enter as many categories as they want, with the only limitation that the athlete must be within the weight/height parameters. There will be an additional fee for each additional category.
WOMEN: Female athletes can enter in more than one category only if they compete in the JUNIOR and OVER. They are NOT allowed to compete in categories with different physique standards (example Miss Bikini and Miss Shape). There will be an additional fee for each additional category.
Tanning service
WABBA INTERNATIONAL highly recommendsto all athletes to use the professional tanning service that will be available on-site. The professional tanning guarantees uniformity in the colouring and a perfect look onstage. The cost of the tanning service is € 60 for 1 coat and €80 for 2 coats. The service can be booked online HERE from November or directly at registration.
Organizer
IMPORTANT:
PRO CARD: The overall winners of men Bodybuilding, Man Classic BB, Man Physique, Miss Bikini, Miss Wellness and Miss Shape categories will be awarded the PRO CARD.
INTERNATIONAL LICENSE: All competitors must get their INTERNATIONAL LICENSE to enter any international competition by WABBA INTERNATIONAL. The license is valid until the end of the current year.
Registration requirements:
The show is open to all WABBA INTERNATIONAL competitors of any Country, without the need to qualify.
