The WABBA NORDIC GRAND PRIX 2026 will take place on the Tallink Silja Line cruise ship sailing from the port of Stockholm (SWEDEN) to the port of Tallin (ESTONIA) and back.
Official Hotels
All athletes and companions will stay aboard the cruise ship in a cabin. Evey athlete will have a complete 4 beds cabin included in the registration cost, so it is possible to bring up tp 3 guests at no extra cost.
Arrival and departure
Departure port: Värtahamnen, Hamnpirsvägen 10, 115 74 Stockholm
During the cruise, participants will have access to restaurants, live music, clubs, duty-free shops, spa facilities, and panoramic sea views.
The nearest airport is Stockholm Arlanda Airport, approximately 45 km from the port. Train and taxi services are available. Athletes are advised to arrive well in advance before registration.
Tanning and Respect for the infrastructures
We ask all contestants to pay particular attention for the venue, in particular for the backstage and the warm-up area. It is FORBIDDEN to apply the colour in the backstage. We ask everybody to apply the colour somewhere else or to take advantage of the color service available on site.
A professional tanning service will be available on site included in the registration fee.
Schedule of the event
SATURDAY 9th May
- 11:00 – 15:00 — Athlete registration at the port terminal (Värtaterminalen) and onboard the ship
- All participants must complete registration no later than 15:00
The Ship departure is scheduled approximately at 16:00–16:30.
Evening onboard: Free time, dinner (optional, for guests with add-on), music, clubs, and preparations
SUNDAY 10th May
- 06:30 — Spray tan and competition preparations
- Around 12:00 — Competition begins
Note:
The competition takes place while the ship is docked in Tallinn to ensure full stability and professional stage conditions.
- After the competition: Festive gala dinner (buffet, including beer and wine)
- Evening: Celebration, music, and networking with athletes from different countries
MONDAY 11th May
- Breakfast buffet onboard
- Arrival back in Stockholm approximately 09:30–10:00

Cost and registration
Total package price: 650 EUR

Guests
- Each athlete may bring up to three guests at no extra cost
- Guest meals are not included and must be paid separately

Registration and Payment
Registration must be completed via the WABBA SWEDEN official website.
After registration, participants will receive payment instructions for the 100 EUR deposit (PayPal / Revolut).
The remaining amount is paid in cash on site at registration.

INTERNATIONAL LICENSE: All competitors must get their INTERNATIONAL LICENSE to enter any international competition by WABBA INTERNATIONAL. The license is valid until the end of the current year.
